Film making courses
Our film making courses has been set up in order to give students who struggle to sustain education an experience of project-based group work in a creative setting. We deliver a range of film courses to students who show an unwillingness to participate in class, inconsistent attention and lack of motivation.
Our courses naturally interact with the WA curriculum and we are able to incorporate any STEM/STEAM initiatives you might require.
We believe that our courses facilitate the acquisition of transferrable skills, enhance pupils self-belief, and develop self-motivated learning. Participants will be involved in every stage of the making of a short film, including writing, editing, acting and directing. The courses take place at school, & at the end of the programme the students will put on a screening of all the films that they created.
Whilst our courses offer enrichment and an introduction to the arts, our main priorities are to measure increases in persistence, motivation and self-confidence. We believe that a strengthening of these non-cognitive skills is important to a child's development, especially during the transition to high school.
Promotional Films
Along with our school film courses, we also create promotional videos for Schools & Businesses.
Our promotional videos are a great way to showcase your business or school to a wider audience and can add a more in-depth look into what you do and offer.
our promotional videos can be used for your websites and social media accounts and in-house monitors for visitors.

Sean Roe Curran Productions is an educational and commercial business that offers filmmaking courses to schools and promotional films for businesses throughout Perth, Western Australia.
My name is Sean Roe Curran and I have set up a similar business in London called Heyday UK over 6 years ago and it continues to grow.
Before setting up these education film courses I worked in the film and television industry for over 10 years. I have worked in a range of productions from commercials to feature films such as
Game Of Thrones, Killer Elite, and City of Ember as an Assistant Director. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside such famous people like Robert DeNiro, Bill Murray, Tom Hanks, Benedict Cumberbatch and Julie Walters.
I am now living in Perth, Western Australia with my young family where I am running similar successful film courses in schools and creating promotional films for local businesses.
